Communications Manager. is currently going through a massive growth phase, and we are scaling up our commercial teams to help us expand our global footprint. We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to level up our PR & Communications globally.

In this newly established role, you will report directly to Vojtech, our VP of Growth & Marketing, and you will own, execute and accelerate’s PR strategies around the world. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key media and analysts to tell’s story to the public. 


  • Develop global press stories that are effective, accurate, and aligned with our positioning & messaging (including press releases, slide decks, pitches, fact sheets, blogs, and more)
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with the traditional and industry-specific media, blogs, podcasts, and other influential channels
  • Act as the primary contact between external PR agencies, media houses, and internal stakeholders to drive media opportunities
  • Manage’s PR calendar and keep it aligned with our Content Editorial calendar
  • Cooperate with product marketing on the customer advocacy program by maintaining relationships with existing customer advocates while continuously looking for new customer success stories and champions
  • Cooperate with the partner marketing team on joint press stories for both solution and technology partners
  • Analyze the performance of PR, media, and social media campaigns
  • Research trends and developments in the (headless) CMS market, identify new story ideas, and prepare press pitches to secure consistent media coverage


  • 3+ years of public relations experience with a track record of successfully pitching stories to tech media publications
  • Experience with driving growth through PR programs, ideally in SaaS/tech companies, either in-house or with an agency
  • Existing contacts with journalists, media contacts, event organizers, and community leaders from the tech industry
  • The ability to understand and translate technology themes into public relations strategies, messaging, and compelling stories
  • Excellent written communicator with an understanding of how to create content that reaches multiple audiences across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of PR campaigns
