Solution Architect (EU).

Improve content creation in enterprises with Kontent.ai. Ideal for growth-focused people with some technical overlaps.

What will you be doing?

Our customers all over the world create ecosystems of best-of-breed services. Kontent.ai is the one used for content management. As creating such a complex system involves good planning, we also provide customers with pro advice as a part of our Professional Services.

As a Solution Architect, you participate in delivering these services along with Customer Success Managers and other specialists. Your role is to ensure customers get the most out of Kontent.ai. You will:

  • Advise what configuration customers should choose.
  • Deliver consultations to customers on topics concerning mainly content modeling.
  • Evangelize Kontent.ai-relevant topics to our potential and existing customers, incl. presenting at meetups or conferences and writing blog posts.

You will come across various projects at numerous businesses and, due to your expertise, get the opportunity to be instrumental in their success.

How will that work day-to-day?

You’ll get invited to the customer communication by their dedicated Customer Success Manager. Your part in the relationship focuses mainly on content modeling. Content modeling can sometimes overlap with the basics of content strategy, digital and content maturity, and similar topics. It often involves discussions with both customer’s business and technical people.

There’s no coding involved in this role, yet you may be exposed to code written by customers. Some of the help can have consequences on the technical aspects of their project and vice versa.

When you are not helping customers with their projects, your objectives are set on evangelization of important topics to support our thought-leadership activities. The topics typically reflect consultation areas so your consulting experience comes in handy.

You’ll mainly communicate via video calls; however, you’re going to occasionally set off to help the customers personally within Europe.

Is it you?

We are looking for a full-time tech-savvy person who enjoys discussing problem solutions. You might be working with a digital agency and long for tackling a broader spectrum of exciting projects. Or you may already be in a consulting role and want a change.

What we’d like you to have:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS concepts and microservice SaaS architecture
  • Experience with CMSs and content management
  • Understanding client business requirements and mapping business needs to technical aspects
  • Ability to lead meetings with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to explain complex topics to business users
  • Communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • Professionalism, representative behavior
  • Permanent residency in the Czech Republic

If your knowledge expands a must-have area, you’ll make an even better impression. This can be, for example, the ability to read and understand code, experience with content modeling, delivering consultations, getting stakeholder buy-in, content operations, or with Kontent.ai.

You’ll be working fully remotely or you can work in a hybrid mode from our offices in Brno and Olomouc, Czech Republic.
