This makes collaboration easier for content creators and enables organizations to better isolate their business units.This update helps your content creators easily identify and select relevant colleagues they want to mention in comments or assign tasks to. Your project users won’t see other users with whom they don’t share a collection. This helps your organization use collections to securely isolate individual business units and prevent users from seeing who’s in collections they don’t have access to.For instance, if a user encounters a comment posted by someone whose name they shouldn’t see due to the collection permissions, they won’t. They’ll see the comment but not the name of its author.
