Today, content operations move fast and touch sensitive data at every step. Teams are under pressure to launch more campaigns, publish across more channels, and move at global scale, all without sacrificing security, governance, or compliance.
Too often, organizations are forced to choose: move fast or stay in control.
At Kontent.ai, we believe enterprise teams deserve both. That’s why we’re proud to share that Kontent.ai has successfully completed another SOC 2 Type 2 examination, independently validating that our security controls don’t just exist but perform, continuously, at scale.
SOC 2 is an auditing procedure designed for service providers storing customer data in the cloud. There are two types of SOC 2; while the SOC 2 Type 1 focuses on the procedures and controls relating to one or all of the so-called Trust Services Criteria (TSC) that a company has put in place as of the time of evaluation, the SOC 2 Type 2 assesses how effective the controls in place are over a longer period of time.
Unlike point‑in‑time audits, a SOC 2 Type 2 report shows how well security controls perform continuously over a full 12‑month period. This latest examination confirms that our security infrastructure consistently delivers in practice. Independent auditors validated the effectiveness of our controls across the three trust areas that matter most to enterprise teams: Security, Availability, and Confidentiality.
The audit is conducted by an objective and independent third party that measures the company’s compliance with current industry standards. In 2019, we got the SOC 2 Type 1 report covering these Trust Services Criteria that are relevant to the services we provide:
The SOC 2 Type 2 report proves that we’ve been compliant with the requirements in the areas of availability, security, and confidentiality.
Security and compliance aren’t one-time checkboxes. Since earning our first SOC 2 Type 1 report in 2019, we’ve continuously invested in strengthening our infrastructure, processes, and people because enterprise trust is earned over time.
And we don’t stop at technology. Kontent.ai is a strategic partner, not just a platform. From implementation to scale, our teams work alongside yours to ensure adoption, performance, and measurable ROI, backed by 24×7×365 expert support and industry-leading customer satisfaction.
Organizations shouldn’t have to trade speed for control, or creativity for compliance. With Kontent.ai, you get a secure, audit-ready foundation that empowers teams to move fast confidently.
