We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Demand Generation.
What will you do?
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind all our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that get people excited about what we do. You will lead the strategy and execution across all demand generation channels, figuring out the best strategies and making sure everything works together seamlessly.
But it’s not just about campaigns. You’ll also own the entire customer journey, from crafting that perfect first impression to closing the deal.
Key responsibilities:
Lead inbound and outbound campaigns: You’ll develop and execute progressive marketing campaigns and strategies, fearlessly pushing boundaries to achieve breakthrough results. This includes paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and events.
Account-based marketing (ABM): You will develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns aimed at high-value accounts. This includes personalized content and tailored marketing strategies to engage and convert key accounts from our ICP lists.
Optimize conversion rates & experience of kontent.ai: You will be a hands-on "product owner" of our main website, kontent.ai, ensuring it’s optimized for maximum effectiveness and great user experience.
Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and high conversion rates. Your collaborative efforts will ensure that marketing and sales are aligned in their goals and strategies.
Analyze & report: You will be a data guru, leveraging insights to inform all your decisions and measure success. You will analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Own the customer journey: You’ll oversee the entire user journey, from attracting leads to booking demos and converting them into happy customers.
Oversee marketing operations: You will be responsible for keeping our systems, tools, and processes running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for our marketing technology stack and ensure data integrity across all platforms. Budget allocation will be your forte, ensuring every penny spent fuels growth.
Team leadership: You’ll have a talented team at your disposal, including content creators, designers, web developers, and a campaign specialist. You’ll also collaborate with our Event Manager to ensure a seamless presence at industry events. Your leadership will inspire and motivate the team to achieve their best and drive significant results.

Skills that’ll help you succeed
- Proven leadership in demand generation & performance marketing: You have a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns within a modern SaaS company. Your experience shows your ability to innovate and lead in demand generation and marketing performance.
- Team management and mentorship: Experience in effectively managing and mentoring high-performing demand generation teams, fostering a culture that embraces creativity and drives continuous professional growth.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following tools: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Pardot, Google Marketing Suite, 6Sense, Ahrefs
- Global marketing experience from a scale-up with revenues at least between 10-50M USD
- Experience targeting & generating demand from global enterprise organizations with revenues over 250M USD
