UX writing (or UX content)

UX writing refers to text copy used in the user interface. It is sometimes referred to as microcopy. UX writing must reflect voice and tone guidelines, and the brand style guide. Much of this copy is reusable. The content is very scenario-driven. It should be organized with a taxonomy. UX writing associated with different customer scenarios can be structured as specific content types; for example, messages associated with a product trial.
