New Features 📦
Custom Elements in All Paid Plans
We are really excited about our customers and partners using Custom Elements in their projects. After releasing more improvements to Custom Elements, we have moved it out of beta so that all our users on paid plans can integrate with best-of-breed tools and customize the authoring experience. Check out our Custom elements samples to see what you can do.
Improved Authoring Experience
Making authoring more pleasant is what we're all about these days. In the last few updates, we introduced better rich text controls and improved how collapsed elements work. In our latest update, we released a major upgrade to our authoring experience.Â
We based the new design on the principles of clarity, free authoring space, and more direct interaction with your content. We hope you enjoy this departure from the previous form-like content authoring.
Content Calendar and My Content
Find the content you need to work on faster – that's the goal of the new 'Calendar' and 'My content' tabs. We are exploring how teams and their managers manage their content and search for it. Now you can use this new way to find recently edited content and track the status of your content in a calendar. We plan to make it more powerful and useful for you in the coming weeks.
Paste Content From Anywhere
From now on, you can paste content from any source and be sure that all your formatting will stay unchanged. Headlines, ordered lists, tables or links? No problem. Google Docs, MS Word, Evernote or any other tool? Sure thing!Â
Integration Examples: Shopify, Optimizely, Bynder, and Magento
We're continuing to develop Kentico Cloud integrations, and most recently we have been working on creating examples for popular platforms. Check out our recent Shopify, Optimizely, Bynder and Magento releases.
Fixes and UX improvements ðŸ›
Share Content Easier
Another popular request fulfilled—sharing content directly is now much easier with a button in a content toolbar.
Better Asset Folders
We've been releasing more functionality to asset folders. You can now move assets between folders and bulk delete assets in a folder.
