Watch Aiko Turn a Brief Into a Landing Page in Under Three Minutes
The context for your content lives outside of your CMS. With connectors, Aiko can pull information about briefs, brand voice, and tasks from Asana, Confluence, and more. Watch how in our live demo.
Creating a landing page rarely starts with a blank page. The brief might be sitting in Asana, product information and brand guidance in Confluence, and optimization recommendations in yet another tool. Someone then has to pull all of that context together and turn it into a finished page.
In a recent demo, we showed how Aiko handles that work from a single conversation.
From brief to landing page, with context from across your stack
In under three minutes, Aiko:
Pulled the landing page brief from Asana
Retrieved product information and brand guidelines from Confluence
Checked generative engine optimization (GEO) recommendations from Peec AI
Created the landing page in Kontent.ai based on that context
Reassigned the original Asana task to a colleague after asking for confirmation

What makes this workflow useful is that Aiko can reach the information the work depends on, use it while writing the page, and then update the tools involved. Setup is quick too. Aiko connects to other systems through MCP connectors, so there is no custom integration or middleware to build and maintain, and Martin estimated that configuring a connector takes five minutes at most. Aiko also acts within the permissions of the person using it. As Martin Michalik, CPTO at Kontent.ai, put it:
"I really think this changes the game for many organizations that historically had trouble connecting their CMS to their systems."
Keeping track of what AI changes
Once AI can take action in your content systems, teams need a clear view of what it did. Kontent.ai shows in revision history whether a change came from a person or from AI, and the Audit Log gives project managers an environment-wide record of activity. We'll cover the Audit Log in more detail in a separate post.
