We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead our AI Collective, the team building the AI agent at the heart of our product. It's one of the most strategic and visible roles in our engineering organization. You'll lead a group of strong, experienced engineers with real autonomy and a direct say in where the product goes.
You'll push the team forward: challenging how things get built, bringing new ideas for how AI can solve real problems, and changing what isn't working. You'll hear out every strong opinion, make the call, and explain why you made it.
People leadership. The AI Collective is full of strong personalities, and this role rests on your ability to lead them. You've done it before: you work through conflict instead of avoiding it, make the call when one's needed, and tell the people who didn't get their way why. Empathic, direct, and willing to change things. Keeping a team ticking isn't enough... we want someone who makes it better.
A real AI track record. A must-have for engineering leadership here. Tell us how you've actually used AI. What you've built with it and which tools you reach for regularly. We care about what you've done with it, not how keen you are on the idea..
Technical credibility. Strong enough to challenge architects and not get talked into needless complexity. Comfortable in an Azure-native, AI-agent environment, and a believer in small experiments, fast iteration, and trying new technology even when it breaks old patterns. You keep up with how software gets built in the AI agent space.
