Content inventory.
A content inventory provides a full listing of published or available-to-be-published/republished content items. A content inventory should indicate where the content is used, and who is responsible for the content. A content inventory allows publishers to know what they’ve published already, so they can determine if there are any gaps, overlap, or duplication. A consolidated content inventory is important when migrating content from legacy CMSs (especially when multiple repositories of content exist), or when websites hosted by legacy CMSs are retired.
