Personas represent an individual who would be expected to be viewing content that’s been published. Personas are often considered when developing content. In order to be effective, content must satisfy the needs and motivations of this persona. An important aspect of personas is to understand the “mental model” of a person: how they think about tasks, choices, or issues they are dealing with. These decision criteria can influence decisions taken along the customer journey and therefore also influence navigation.
