For Kontent.ai Horizons 2023 in Sydney, we welcomed our partners, customers, and guests in the heart of Sydney Harbour at the SoHo venue, offering outstanding views of the Harbour Bridge and the city skyline.

The mission for the day was to provide our attendees with an array of high-energy sessions by industry professionals, with the chance to make new connections over dinner and drinks at the end.

How did it go? We discussed the current state of the headless market, talked about the 24x7 support scaries and how to avoid them, learned how the power of AI and modern architecture can transform storytelling for families, and explored lessons learned from customer success stories.

Before we dive in to take a look at some of the insights from Kontent.ai Horizons 2023 in Sydney, check out the spectacular views from the SoHo venue!

The future of business is composable

Martin Michalik, our VP of Product, kicked off the event with his inspiring talk on redefining the headless market. In his session, he discussed the current state of the headless market, why 2023 is the year of ROI, and why vendors and digital agencies need to demonstrate what monetary value they bring.

What else did we learn? Not only is the headless market there, but it’s also accelerating. What’s more, according to Gartner, the whole future of business is composable. AI and modern architecture can create interactive storytelling experiences for families

In her talk, Joey Egger, the Managing Director at Two Bulls/DEPT, discussed how the power of AI and modern architecture principles can be used to create personalized, interactive storytelling experiences for kids and families alike.

Joey demonstrated how Open AI and a Headless architecture could be utilized to transform a three-week prototype into a flexible and scalable product that can be adapted for various audiences and content types.

Kontent.ai helps create pages in 3 hours

We’re thrilled to have had Luminary’s CTO Andy Thompson share the stage with UNICEF Australia’s Marketing Manager Nikola Sarbinowski and Digital Platforms Strategist Alan Menzies, to learn how their teams modernized and transformed the UNICEF Australia website using the power of our headless CMS.

By using Kontent.ai’s platform, the UNICEF team was able to collaborate on content in a centralized location at the same time. As a result, they were able to create the Syria and Turkey appeal pages in only 3 hours.
