Find and implement solutions for customer problems in the area of Developer Experience with us.
We are expanding our team of back-enders with experienced people who are not afraid to come up with their own ideas and solve problems independently. We have a variety of jobs. We are constantly improving the performance and scalability of our services so that Kontent.ai can be relied on 365 days a year. In the near future, we will be looking, for example, to support GraphQL.
What will you do?
We work in an agile environment - from Scrum and Kanban, we choose what works best for us and transform it into our own system. Within the team, we set priorities together and set goals - which is why we like to meet in person at the offices at least once a week. We collect and monitor the work in the Kanban Board, from which each of us takes up individual tasks.
When you choose a task to do, you identify the problem and come up with a solution. We will then talk about it in the team and fine-tune the details. Finally, we implement the final variant.
Who will you work with?
The Developer Experience department consists of three small teams working together side by side. In yours, you will meet Zdeněk and Mirek. Zdeněk is a Technical Leader. His voice carries weight so you want to be in his good books in case you don't agree on something in the team! He will also support you in your personal development. Mirek has a wide range of projects in the Czech Republic and in rival companies under his belt, so let’s just say he knows what he’s talking about.
In addition to other development teams in Kontent.ai, we work closely with our product manufacturer Lukáš. With him, we set borders for individual tasks, within which we then navigate as developers.
DevOps help us ensure that the infrastructure runs like a well-oiled machine. In the rare times when we need to modify the interface, we add an UXer to the party so that our solution is user-friendly for customers.
We mostly rely on automatic testing, or we test each other's code manually in a team. However, when a larger project needs to be manually tested, we pass it on to our QA engineers.
Occasionally, Support turn to us to consult with us on more technically demanding client issues.

We solve individual tasks from the beginning - we build a reliable solution from scratch.

Is it you?

- You are an adept .NET back-end developer
- You have experience developing in Azure or another cloud service provider
- You will definitely get extra points for your experience with SaaS
- You are capable of finding the problem on your own, coming up with a solution, explaining it to your colleagues, and then bringing it to life.
- English is not a problem for you (level C1).
- You try and learn new things enthusiastically
