The Topic is a taxonomy that can let you categorize the questions and answers by subject, making it easier for your users to find relevant information. The FAQ Group, which connects to FAQ, enables grouping the related FAQs under a common title and subtitle, with the option to include a description and image for visual appeal. This further enhances the user experience on websites or applications by providing organized and easily navigable FAQ sections.
