A business role that is responsible for setting the content strategy. Added value is their awareness of the content team’s current friction points when executing the content strategy. They often have experience with what causes delays in the content creation process and how the content fits into the bigger picture of the company.
Information architects
Information architects drive the content model creation, and they’ll likely maintain the content model further. In other words, they ensure that the content is organized, structured, correctly labeled, and linked together.
Developers
Developers choose the technology stack and provide input about its limitations. They plan how to design the code structure based on the team requests and steer away the team from ideas that could lead to an over-complicated resulting website.Participating in the sync also enables them to understand better why the information architect made some data structure decisions. If there is no information architect in the team, developers may be responsible for the content modeling.
Content creators
Their task is to create content in Kontent.ai, and they will use the content model the most. They can share their comments on the emerging content model and help to prevent the creation of unnecessary content templates (content types).Their everyday work should be as efficient and enjoyable as possible so they can focus on the content. Otherwise, they waste time choosing the right template and trying to understand how to use it properly.

If one role in your team handles more duties, you may have fewer stakeholders in the content modeling meetings. The best practice is to always include both the technical and business roles.
