The person mentioned in a comment will get notified via email, so you don’t need to ping them directly. You can also find comments left on a removed text and continue the discussion there. When handing over content, for example, by sending it for legal approval, you can leave a note for the future assignee. Notes can also come in handy if you want to “pin” something more general to a sidebar for everyone to see. If your colleague struggles to find a specific comment or suggestion, you can help them by sharing links to comments and suggestions.
Track changes through versioning
