As participants in the early access program, you and your colleagues from the same project can enjoy exclusive access to early-access features and get a head start with a chance to explore new Kontent.ai capabilities firsthand.
Your feedback is invaluable to us during the development phase. By participating in our early access program, you can influence the course of the features you’ve opted for and help us determine which aspects provide the most value. Your input plays a crucial role in shaping the development of the features.We kindly ask participants to start using the features they opt for right after they activate it, as initial feedback is collected by an automated in-application feedback questionnaire within about 14 days. However, you don’t need to wait for the automatic questionnaire. Feel free to provide your feedback anytime you see fit.In addition to getting your feedback automatically, we may follow up with you or your colleagues to gain further context on your insights. We value in-depth feedback and may request your participation in occasional video calls to exchange ideas and address any questions you may have.
Support and resources
Early-access features do not fall under our standard SLA coverage; we do, however, use reasonable efforts to provide support to early-access features and implement your feedback.Please note that early-access features are provided “AS-IS” and may, as with any pre-release product, contain bugs and design flaws, particularly outside the main user journeys.Also, keep in mind that early-access features may rely on 3rd-party services, which may have different availability and performance compared to what we use in public releases. As a result, occasional outages of early-access features or their longer loading or response times may occur. We are actively working to optimize and stabilize these aspects of early-access features to deliver a seamless experience.While our customer support team may not be able to address all your questions, they will redirect conversations to our product team, who can provide expert advice and guidance. Please understand that response times from the product team may not be as fast as those of our customer support team.
As a part of the early access program, the features may collect selected personal data from your users to improve iterative development. We may process:
