At a glance, you can see the progress of your content production using the content progresswidget. The content progress widget accounts for the content items edited within the past 90 days. The items are grouped into the following categories:
Without due date
Scheduled to publish
On track
Close to due date
Delayed
You can also see the number of items in each category by hovering over any of the colored status bars.
Complement your observation of your team’s work with the tasks done on time widget, where you can track their task completion performance. The widget calculates how many tasks are completed within their due dates during the selected period and displays the percentage as a result.
The widget’s trend compares the current and previous periods, enabling you to assess your team’s task performance over time. You can select different periods, such as the current week, month, or the past 30 days, to observe these trends. The past 30 days selection refers to the time frame counting back 30 days from the current date.
The comparison reveals if there’s an increase, decrease, or steady task performance.
Gain more control of your content deliverables by utilizing insights from the items published on time widget. The widget calculates how many items were published within their due dates at a selected period and displays the percentage as a result.
Similar to the tasks done on time widget, you can compare the results from the current period with those from the previous period. This comparison will help you to understand the trend in your team’s publishing performance – whether it’s a decrease, increase, or steady.
