Learn how to self-assess the maturity of your team and organization.

Options for teams to self-assess their maturity

There are a couple of ways to evaluate your team's or organization’s digital and content maturities:
  1. The simplest way is to look at the weak points of less mature organizations, as outlined in the introduction of this path. Ask yourself whether you check some of these boxes. If you do, focus on improving your operations to eliminate future hindrances.
    • Do you have a clear organization-wide content strategy?
    • Is your content creation aligned with your organization’s enterprise goals?
    • Do you have a single source of truth – one central content hub?
    • Do you regularly audit your content, keep it up-to-date, and sunset obsolete content?
    • Do your teams work based on a common, documented workflow?
  2. Watch the video below to see how to evaluate maturity using the “3-dot-voting” exercise.
