Multifactor authentication
Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a method for using more than one piece of information to verify user identity during sign-in.
Kontent.ai supports Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP). You can use authenticator apps, such as Google Authenticator, to sign in.
Options to enable multifactor authentication
Multifactor authentication can be activated in two ways:- Self-managed multifactor authentication – you can enable, reset, or disable MFA for your account.
- Multifactor authentication per domain – require MFA for all users with specific email domains.
- For example, if enabled for the kontent.ai domain, all users with email accounts from that domain need to enter additional information (instead of using only their password) to sign in.
