Export AI credit usage

Who can export what

AI Agent > Usage shows export options based on your role. You always see your own usage. Project managers and subscription admins see additional options in the Usage menu.

• Your usage – your personal AI credit consumption in the currently selected environment. Available to anyone with access to the AI Agent. 
• All users in this environment – AI credit consumption of users in the currently selected environment. Available to project managers. If you manage multiple environments, switch to the relevant environment to export its usage separately.
• All users across this subscription – AI credit consumption of users across all environments in the subscription. Available to subscription admins. This matches the global consumption shown in the subscription’s usage report.

AI credits cover usage by both the AI Agent and expert agents in your subscription.

Export your AI credit usage

1. Go to AI Agent.
2. In the sidebar, click Usage.
3. Click the option you want to download as a CSV file.

The exported CSV file covers consumption for the current billing period only, which contains the following:

• Timestamp –  the date and time the credits were used.
• User – the email address of the user, or the Management API key name if the credits were used by an expert agent.
• Environment – the project and environment names where the credits were used.
• EnvironmentId – the unique identifier of the environment.
• Credits – the amount of AI credits used.

Considerations

• The export reflects usage recorded at the time you download it. If AI Agent’s bulk operations or expert agents are still in progress, you can export once they finish to see the full usage.
• Project managers can view environment-level data for the currently selected environment. To get data for a different environment, switch to that environment and export again.
