Where to find AI features
Find AI features in
Environment settings > AI features. Each card shows if the feature is Active or Not active.
New projects start with AI features active. Existing projects keep their current settings, so if you activated Aiko Agent or expert agents in Innovation Lab, they stay active.
AI features that aren’t generally available yet are in Innovation Lab.
Only project managers can activate or deactivate AI features.Activate an AI feature
- In  Environment settings, go to AI features.
- Click the Activate button on the feature’s card.
How we process your data
By activating AI features, your data is processed by third-party AI services. Depending on the service, data may be processed within the EU/EEA and/or transferred to the United States. - In  Environment settings, go to AI features.
- Click the Deactivate button on the AI feature’s card.
