See how your content items are connected together – and navigate the content tree.

View your content structure

Content & assets > Relations, you can view your linked content as a hierarchy of items. Select a root item or space to see all content connected to it. By default, you’ll see all items connected to your root item. Switch the Subpages only toggle on to focus on the navigation tree – the direct hierarchy under the root item.

Showing relations for the root item of a specific space. — Under the root item, you can see all the content items that are linked inside. If some of these content items link to other items, they can be expanded using the icon next to their name.

Choose a default root item for everyone

For every project, you can choose a default root item by clicking

> Set current item as default. This way, teammates who open Relations for the first time see the hierarchy for the root item you chose. You can also select your own root item, which will be visible only to you.

Users with the Manage development settings permission can set their root item as a default root item for everyone in the project.

Change your root item

In Content & assets > Relations, click .
Click Select any root item.
Select your new home item from the list.

If you want to revert to the default root item, click

and select the root item under Default root item.
